Terms of service

• Please read through the document, particularly the TOS if you are getting a commission. If a situation happens that I mention in the TOS, I cannot be held accountable, it’s on you to familiarise yourself with the terms. Breaking the TOS may lead to a blacklisting; any future commission requests will be denied.
• To claim a commission just message me. I’m most active on Instagram, furaffinity, discord (@limepart). I might take longer to reply in other places, if ever.
• Art examples can be found on pretty much all my platforms. Sometimes personal art I post may be rushed or lower quality than what a typical commission would be. Ko-fi hosts specific examples that are closer to the quality of what you will get. For NSFW examples: Furaffinity (account required), Inkbunny (account not required) or message me.

• Pricing is in USD
• Headshot: Includes head and neck/shoulders. Bust: From the waist up if bipedal, half-body if quadrupedal. Coloured sketch: Rough lines. Very similar to flat colour art. Complex background: Detailed environment like a room or outdoor scenery. Comics are very rough and are colourless. There may be up to 6 panels per page. You can request more pages by paying again.

• Note: The extra character fee can be wonky to figure out. I included examples to highlight what I mean in the commission description. You have to calculate it yourself, therefore do it carefully or you could accidentally pay a higher price than needed.
• For any kind of art, an extra character doesn’t need to be paid for if the only thing visible is a small section of the body like an arm, groin, hand etc. This does not apply to a full head. If the character is very small and minimally detailed, it doesn’t count as an extra character.

• It is your responsibility to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your request. Modifications you request after I am completely finished that I deem difficult to change will come with a fee of 50% the price of the commission (This can include a change in pose/colour etc). This does not apply if there is something missing or inaccurately drawn on my part. Be sure to tell me right away if you realise there was an error in your description before I begin working on the commission. If you say you aren't picky about the pose/expression/scene, you forfeit your right to ask for changes unless they are very minor.
• Payment is upfront. I won’t start until the full price has been paid. I take money through ko-fi in USD. Ko-fi takes direct payments through paypal/stripe/card and an account is NOT required. As of writing, my paypal account is now open. I can accept payment from there too.
• The cheaper the commission the easier it is for me to complete earlier. The turnaround period may take anywhere from one day to two weeks, depending on the number of requests I receive and how busy my personal life is at the time. You are welcome to ask me for updates or minor changes while it’s in progress. Commissions are worked on in a first-come-first-served order.
• If I ask you about a detail that hinders my ability to complete the art such as an ambiguous expression or pose and you don't respond within 3 days, I will either complete the art anyway if it is almost finished or refund you. If for any reason I am unable to completely fulfil your commission, you will be fully refunded.
• Contact me through kofi or where you first contacted me (or on my socials if outside kofi, preferably instagram/furaffinity/discord). I will be posting the completed product through Kofi PMs, email or where we last talked. If for whatever reason you can't contact me on here you can always dm me on instagram or other sites.
• When buying art of a character, it is your guarantee that the character(s) belongs to you or that permission has been granted from the owner to purchase art of them.
• The style of art will be my own; I won't copy someone else's if asked. Feel free to ask me any questions if you're unsure about what I am willing or not willing to draw.
• You may post your commissioned art online with credit given to me (with my username). Art used for profile pics doesn’t require credit. I reserve the right to post the artwork on my socials (with character credit of course) unless you specify otherwise. I can take down any artwork at any time for any reason. Make sure you save a copy of the commission. I can’t guarantee I will have it if you accidentally delete it. You can also edit the art in any way after it’s done. This includes, finishing a sketch, colouring etc etc. Using the art to feed AI algorithms on purpose, or NFTs is a blacklistable offence. The art can be used in any way that doesn’t bring in profit. Selling prints or merch of the art is not allowed.
