Adoptable TOS

I don't care what you do/draw with my adopts, be it NSFW art, political art etc etc. Let me reiterate: I don't give 2 shits.
Absolutely no deliberate AI training or NFT bullshit allowed though.
You must never block me while having one of my designs. If you are to block me, get rid of the adopt first.
Any of my art that comes with the adopt still belongs to me. Re-uploads are fine but must credit my username. I also reserve the right to upload my art to my accounts unless you kindly tell me not to.
Changing the design mildly or a lot is a-okay. Just don’t credit me at all for the redesign if it’s unrecognisable from the original.
You can sell it for any amount, even more than what you payed for. Even if you didn’t pay for it.
Deleting adopts off of the site is allowed but.. I’ll be sad..
Trading it off-site is allowed.
Making adopts private is allowed.
You can give the adopt back to me if you don't want it anymore.
Not following the TOS won't put you on a blacklist but I will be cautious with any future transactions with you.

Base rules

Don’t remove watermark if you are posting it publicly. Make sure it’s always clear to read and visible.
NSFW edits allowed.
Sharing the base to servers, boards etc is allowed with a direct link to me.
Heavy edits are allowed.
’Remixing’ is allowed (ie hybrid edit)
Obviously don’t claim it as your own.
Crediting back to me (any of my platforms) is optional.
Moving watermark to a visible, appropriate place is allowed.
Bases may be used for adopt sales.
Using it for NFT/AI training is not allowed.
Add ones (ie clothes) are allowed.
